The quote
A quote here lists each house, drive, guide and permit on its own line, with the date each rate was checked. The site's sample is drawn from a September 2026 costing of A Himalayan Honeymoon for two: a layout, not a live quote.

Nights 1 to 3
Each house gets a line with its room category and meal plan, such as Glenburn's Singalila Suite on full board. Where a tariff sheet is old, the line says so: Glenburn's is still dated 2023 to 2024, so it is reconfirmed before you pay.

Cars and guides
In the sample, a West Bengal-registered Innova Crysta covers days 1 to 6 and a Sikkim-registered one covers days 7 and 8. Guides are listed by the day: a half day in Kalimpong, a full day in Gangtok.

Fees and extras
Sikkim's ₹50 tourist fee for each guest, the museum and monastery entries, lunches outside the house plans and the celebration extras each sit on a line. The sample total, ₹2,65,000 per person twin share, is valid until the date printed on the quote.

Validity
Houses publish new tariffs, seasons fill, permit charges change and dollar rates move. When a quote runs out, the team checks every line again and sends it back with a new date against each rate. If nothing has moved, neither does the price.

What we need from you
Flights, railway seats and permits are issued to named travelers and cannot be transferred, so send each name as it appears on the passport you will carry. Add flight numbers and times: every road day is planned backward from them.

Ages and health
Tsomgo and North Sikkim permits go only to children over five, and Bhutan's nightly fee changes at 6 and at 12. Heart or lung conditions, knees that dislike steps, allergies, Jain meals: a line each, passed only to whoever needs it.

Before you pay
Read the nights, each house's room and meals, the balance date and the cancellation terms written under each house. If something you expected is not named on the quote, it is not booked, so ask before you pay.
